We are an artisan chocolates and confections company making artistically hand crafted products fresh every day. We use fine quality chocolate from a single origin that is fair trade certified and you can taste the difference in our products.
The freshness of our chocolates comes from using fresh ingredients to flavor our bonbons. We use fresh juices and fruit purees, which have a noticeable vibrancy and we steep coffee, herbs and spices in cream for even more liveliness in flavor. We make our nut butters from scratch and finish them off with caramelized sugar and a touch of sea salt to bring out the truest nutty flavor possible.
Our bonbons are individually hand painted with colored cocoa butter. We work with color to create unique works of art, doubling the pleasure our chocolates have to offer. Our desire is to intrigue and delight our customers with the passion and devotion that we have for turning our chocolate into delicious works of art.

Our chocolate shop is open and we are making chocolate, ice cream and baked goods fresh, everyday! Orders can be placed by phone or on our online shop and we are always happy to assist you with questions about our products.

Fresh is Best
MAY WE MAKE A SUGGESTION
As with all food, fresh is best. This is our philosophy and our guiding light. We make our chocolates daily and we encourage our customers to consume their chocolate during the peak of freshness, within the first few weeks after purchase.
With the holidays coming and shipping being a concern, we want to assure our customers that our chocolates are still the freshest chocolates you will ever eat. Even after one month our chocolates will taste delicious and look beautiful.
Storage: Chocolates are best kept between 60F - 70F. If it's just too hot for your chocolates they can be stored in a sealed plastic bag at in the refrigerator. When you are ready to enjoy your chocolates, be sure to keep the chocolates in the plastic bag as they return to room temperature. This will help protect the shine on the hand painted bonbons.
